Thanks to everyone who put their name down to be the NCS on Wednesday nights. We still need about 5 more people to give up 20 or so minutes on a Wednesday night to run the Cobb ARES net. Click here to see the latest dates. It's easy... we have it scripted.

and you will gain operational skills that will prove useful in the field.

You don't need an APRS or Packet set up or do the simplex net afterwards as Terry does. (Unless you want to, by all means do it!)
All you need to do is wait for the repeater to chime 9 PM (it will then go into ARES net mode), read the script (inserting your information in the blanks), log the check-in's and email the total on to Terry.
